After further testing spinfit w1s sound slightly better than stock tips for me.
Spinfit W1 > stock white/blue tips > included wide bore tips

Shame no measurements with it. Maybe could harass one of the many squig reviewers to who have p40 and spinfit w1 laying around.

people barely use my amazon links. but im surprised they didn't market these new tips that they come with. i stumbled upon it looking for p40 info. i wonder how it measures with the new tips. It may not be a complete improvement. Could be downsides. Their advertised measurements are hard for me to read. it seems they reduced the eargain region which it needed a little bit to hit target better. Surprised the tips did that.

Those are the "wide bore eartips" I mentioned in my post about testing different eartips on the P40s. I bought mine in June, so I guess they were included. However, that ranking was done using EQ, so I tried the M30 eartips without EQ. While they help reduce the eargain region, they boost upper treble way too much. The stock eartips sound better, even though they are a bit high in the ear gain region w/o EQ. I would stick with either Spinfit + EQ or stock tips + EQ (difference is negligible, both sound amazing)

I wish there were squigs for M30
